Lanka Meridian Deewarayo (Pvt.) Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Wijesekera Holdings (PVT) Ltd. It is a Sri Lankan Board of Investments (BOI) approved China-Sri Lanka company, formed & incorporated under the Company Act No.17 of 1982.

Lanka Meridian Deewarayo has been further strengthened by expanding its area of operation and by entering into International Joint Ventures with companies from China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Maldives, and Seychelles.
